SCIENCE

1. The unit that we are working on currently in Science is: The Earth’s Water

2.  HOMEWORK in Science: 

*Due Tuesday 9-27-11: Water Awareness "Test"

*Due Wednesday, 9-28-11 "Indirect Water Use"

*Both assignments require a signature.

3.  In class today, we discussed the concept of "Watershed". We used a human skull to illustrate the concept! We walked (in the rain!) to "The Bluff". This is the exact boundary line of two important watersheds!

ENVIRONMENTAL ADVENTURES

1.  The unit that we are working on currently in E.A. is: Rock Climbing

2. HOMEWORK in Environmental Adventures: No homework in E.A.

3. In class today, we discussed why the trip was postponed. (Slippery surfaces are not fun to  climb!) The Rock Climbing Trip will occur next week and we will plan a day that is not raining!  

4.  Reminder: The Green Project due date is Wednesday November 2, 2011. Plan to attend a presentation and follow through!
